These Terms of Service apply when you access the Titus22 website, create an account, communicate with us, place an order or otherwise use our online services. By placing an order, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and the Returns & Refunds Policy before purchase.

2.1 Eligibility and lawful use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate information and may not use the website, products or services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or harmful activity. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful conduct, misuse of a payment method or a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 Knives and potentially restricted products

Knives and related EDC products are sold as tools and collector / utility items. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, transport, carrying and use of a product is lawful in the place where they live or intend to use it. You may not purchase any product from Titus22 for an unlawful purpose or with the intention of using it as a weapon in unlawful conduct. Titus22 may request reasonable age or identity verification where appropriate and may decline a transaction where fulfilment would be unlawful or reasonably unsafe.

2.3 Product information

Product photographs and descriptions are provided to help customers make an informed choice. Manufacturer specifications may change without notice. Measurements and weights may be approximate. Where a specific feature is critical to your purchase, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm the current stock item.

2.4 Coffee, hot sauce and other consumables

Consumable goods should be stored and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s packaging, ingredient, allergen, best-before and preparation instructions. Customers with allergies or dietary sensitivities should review the product label before consumption. Product packaging may change between batches.

2.5 First-aid and medical-related products

First-aid kits, hemostatic products and related field medical products are supplied for their intended use and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Product information on the website is not medical advice and does not replace professional medical treatment, training or emergency services.

2.6 Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated separately unless expressly included. We may change prices prospectively at any time. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where there is a clear and material pricing error and applicable law permits correction or cancellation.

2.7 Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment. We may verify payment, stock availability and delivery information before dispatch. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative.

2.8 Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout. The customer warrants that they are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders may be held until payment has been authorised or cleared.

2.9 Inventory and quantity limits

Stock is limited and some items are imported in small quantities. Inventory displayed online may occasionally be affected by simultaneous purchases, fulfilment timing or stock adjustments. We may impose reasonable purchase limits on scarce products or suspected resale / abuse of limited stock.

2.10 Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and any delivery instructions reasonably required by the courier.

2.11 Returns and statutory warranties

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law, including any non-excludable rights relating to defective, unsafe or unsuitable goods. A manufacturer warranty may apply in addition to statutory rights.

2.12 Manufacturer-designated seconds or cosmetic-grade products

Where a product is clearly sold as a manufacturer-designated “second”, blemished item or cosmetic-grade product, the disclosed cosmetic imperfection forms part of the description and is reflected in the sale basis. This does not exclude statutory rights in relation to defects or failures that were not properly disclosed or are unrelated to the stated cosmetic condition.

2.13 Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, launch offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates, stock limits and product exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, discounts may not be combined and have no cash value.

2.14 Intellectual property

The Titus22 name, branding, website layout, original photographs, written content and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce our original content for commercial use without permission.

2.15 Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers and couriers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Titus22 remains responsible for its obligations to customers to the extent required by law.

2.16 Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults, cyber incidents or third-party outages may temporarily affect the store.

2.17 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titus22 will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably attributable to a breach by Titus22. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights where South African law does not permit such limitation, including rights arising from defective or unsafe goods where applicable.

2.18 Indemnity for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, a customer is responsible for loss caused by their unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised use of the website or products. This clause does not make a customer responsible for loss caused by Titus22’s own unlawful conduct or breach.

2.19 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction, subject to changes required by law.
