1.1 About Titus22

Titus22 is a South African online retail store offering selected knives, everyday-carry (EDC) products, coffee and specialty goods, first-aid and field gear, and related products. “Titus22”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Titus22 online store.

1.3 Website transactions

The Titus22 website allows customers to review products, pricing, delivery information and the contents of their cart before submitting an order. Customers are responsible for checking their order details, delivery address and selected products before completing checkout.

1.4 Product information and pricing

We aim to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, availability and prices accurately. Minor differences in colour, packaging, manufacturer markings or production revisions may occur. If a material pricing or product-information error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact the customer to correct the order or cancel and refund it rather than supply on an incorrect basis.

1.5 Payment and security

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the payment providers made available at checkout. Titus22 does not intentionally store complete payment-card details on its own systems. Payment and personal information are handled using the security measures and service-provider controls applicable to the Shopify platform and the selected payment provider.

1.6 Delivery

Available delivery services, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or communicated before fulfilment. Delivery is subject to the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Where a specific delivery period has not been separately agreed, orders will be handled in accordance with applicable South African law.

1.7 Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges and statutory remedies are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Nothing in our policies is intended to remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.8 Complaints

Customers should first contact Titus22 at sales@titus22.co.za with their order number and a clear description of the issue. We will try to resolve complaints reasonably and promptly. Customers remain entitled to approach any competent consumer-protection body or other authority where applicable.

1.9 Governing law

The website and transactions concluded through it are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with by a court, tribunal or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
